It is the official document issued by ANCPI that shows the property's owner, its area, any charges (mortgages, liens) and the other entries recorded in the Romanian land register (Cartea Funciară). The excerpt for information (extras de carte funciară pentru informare) is used for notaries, banks, planning files and due diligence.

On average 10–30 minutes after payment is confirmed, during ANCPI working hours (Monday–Thursday 08:30–14:00, Friday 08:30–13:00, Romanian time). Orders paid in the evening, at night or at the weekend are filed with ANCPI when the office next opens and delivered right after. When a county is very busy it can take a few hours.
