Enter the land register (CF) number, the county and the locality. ANCPI, Romania's National Agency for Cadastre and Land Registration, confirms that the property exists.
2. Pay 50 RON
Secure card payment through Stripe, with 3-D Secure. Instant confirmation.
3. Receive it by e-mail
The document, electronically signed by ANCPI, lands in your inbox automatically within 10–30 minutes, during ANCPI working hours (Mon–Thu 08:30–14:00, Fri 08:30–13:00, Romanian time).
What you get
A land register excerpt for information (extras de carte funciară pentru informare) as a PDF with ANCPI's qualified electronic signature. It shows the owner, the property (area, description), any charges such as mortgages, and other recorded entries. The document itself is in Romanian.
Why it's safe
Payments go through Stripe, an electronic money institution authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland. Data is encrypted with SSL/TLS and the site is protected by Cloudflare. GDPR compliant — your data is never shared for marketing.
