Withdrawal form

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, i.e. of the payment confirmation, without giving any reason. If, when ordering, you ticked the option "I request the performance of the service before the withdrawal period expires" and the excerpt has already been delivered to you by e-mail, the service has been fully performed and the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised (Art. 16(a) of OUG 34/2014). Before the request is filed with ANCPI, withdrawal is accepted with a full refund; after filing and until delivery, we refund the amount paid minus the fee paid to ANCPI. Details in the Terms and conditions, sections 5 and 6.

The refund to the card used for payment is initiated through the payment processor Stripe Payments Europe, Limitedwithin 14 calendar days at the latest of receiving the form, usually within 2 working days. The money reaches your account depending on your bank, usually within 3–10 working days.
